Working On My Next Short Romance Story

Well, I have been working on the next book in my Virtue series. The virtue I will be focusing on is diligence. I thought prudence, but prudence is not a capital virtue, and since I  am doing the capital virtues well..you see the problem.  It has a unique storyline, but I think people will enjoy the humor and the love story for the most part.

Patience, My Billionaire

Patience, My Billionaire is out, and few people have read it. I wonder sometimes as a writer, why do I bother writing when very few people read my work. I know, because I must. It is a romantic comedy about a woman who gets screwed over by customer service and swears revenge, but instead she finds love.

I am in Iowa

I am in Iowa. I haven’t been here for years. I am at a reasonably priced budget motel, and I won’t be coming back. When I told the owner that his vending machine wasn’t working, I, in so many words, was called a liar. Well, unlike the movie Fields of Dreams, I am not mixing up this place with heaven.

What am I Eating in Iowa?

I have been here for about a week, and there is a convenience store across the street that sells some good salads. So, I have been eating those. They have bacon bits, shredded cheese, and grilled chicken with romaine and iceberg lettuce. Also, I must confess, I have been eating muffins in the morning, but I will put a stop to that next week.

 Editing My Past Short Romances

Finally, I will start editing my past short romances. The first one will be “Psychic Love.” I wrote it before 2000, and while the story is interesting, it’s riddled with editing problems. I will let you know when I am done editing.

That is all I have been up to. If you have noticed, I have skipped a week or two with blog posts. I have gotten a non-writing job, and that has been taking up most of my time, but I will try to get back to the rhythm of writing blog posts every week.  If you have any comments leave them below.
